My Work

I love my work. Communication – whether interpersonally, with the written word, or through visual representation – is not just work for me; it’s fun and fulfilling. When my efforts help to make a difference in people’s lives, I get even more satisfaction. Please feel free to browse around and check out some of the projects that have been like my children throughout my career.

Featured Project

NUHOPE:
online suicide prevention resources

I’ve been a member of the NUHOPE Task Force (an Ogden-based suicide prevention coalition) since 2014. I’m honored to work with such wonderful people on such a great cause.

Over the years, I’ve worked to utilize my own skillset to strengthen our efforts to prevent suicide. That has included design work, event planning and execution, and developing this website for the task force – a hub for suicide prevention resources, training schedules, and registration for our annual suicide awareness walk.

One website: two great portfolios…

My Creations

As a marketing and communications professional, I’ve had the opportunity to plan and execute events, design marketing collateral, write content for digital and print use, and give life to a number of other multimedia projects. I’ve included some of my favorite creative endeavors in this portfolio, and I’m excited to share them with you.

My Photography

When I was very young I got a flashy blue Fisher-Price Perfect Shot camera, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I have experience with weddings and event photography, portraiture, landscape and wildlife photography, and the occasional selfie. I’ve uploaded some photos of my favorite nouns (a.k.a. people, places, and things) for you to peruse. I hope you like them!
